IMPORTANT DATES:

Aug 12-Aug 25: Drop off work
Sep 1: Show opens 6p-8p
November 11: Show closes
November 12-30: Pick up unsold art

REQUIREMENTS

Must be original work;
Finished pieces must be smaller than 5” in any direction, including frame (if any);
Artist may submit 1-10 pieces;
All work must be ready to hang on a wall;
All work submitted must be for sale;
Art must be labeled on the back, inventoried AND artist’s name must be clearly labeled on delivery box;
All art must be priced $20-$100;
Artist is responsible to ensure that all work is ready to hang;
Any work not picked up by due date will become property of gallery.

SALES

Artist will receive 60% of the sale and gallery 40%;
All artists will be paid after the show.
