IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Aug 12-Aug 25: Drop off work
  • Sep 1: Show opens 6p-8p
  • November 11: Show closes
  • November 12-30: Pick up unsold art

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be original work;
  • Finished pieces must be smaller than 5” in any direction, including frame (if any);
  • Artist may submit 1-10 pieces;
  • All work must be ready to hang on a wall;
  • All work submitted must be for sale;
  • Art must be labeled on the back, inventoried AND artist’s name must be clearly labeled on delivery box;
  • All art must be priced $20-$100;
  • Artist is responsible to ensure that all work is ready to hang;
  • Any work not picked up by due date will become property of gallery.

SALES

  • Artist will receive 60% of the sale and gallery 40%;
  • All artists will be paid after the show.
