“Black Blue Brown IV” by Platteville artist Katie Schutte, one of 37 artists included in the show.

Rountree Gallery announces “Teeny, Tiny, BOLD” – an annual regional juried small works exhibit, highlighting the power in the compact. Artists from Wisconsin or within 300 miles of Platteville were invited to apply and explore ideas of compression, focus, scale, the intimate and what gives impact and meaning through a restrained format.  All artwork is less than 12” in any direction.   The exhibit will be on display Nov 18, 2021 through Feb 2, 2022 and include Artists Sunday on November 28th, a national day to support artists in your community.

“Teeny, Tiny, BOLD” is juried by Frank Juarez, who is in the forefront of promoting Wisconsin artists, networking, and attracting regional, national, and international artists to collaborate and exhibit in Wisconsin. Juarez is the art department chair at Sheboygan North High School, contributing editor of SchoolArts Magazine, and publisher of Artdose Magazine.
