Winona State University proudly announces its collaboration with the Rochester Art Center for the 2024 Women of Wellness (WOW) Conference: The Nexus of Well-Being and Art with Anne Labovitz. Scheduled for May 9, 2024, this premier event promises a day filled with enriching experiences designed to promote holistic well-being.

Participants will have the unique opportunity to unlock the synergy between art and wellness through a series of interactive workshops, expert-led sessions, and empowering activities. From exploring the intricacies of mindfulness to delving into the revelations of neuroscience, attendees will be inspired to enhance their mental health and wellness.

“This conference is a transformative journey where art and wellness converge to empower individuals to conquer life’s challenges with renewed vigor,” said Julie Kiehne, a representative from Winona State University. “We are thrilled to offer attendees the chance to invest in their well-being and emerge stronger and more balanced.”

Attendees will receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) totaling 6 contact hours (.6 CEU), verified through Winona State University.
