Green Bay Artist Pete Moran Debuts New Exhibition: Let’s Face It at Artdose projects.
Sheboygan, WI – Artdose projects is pleased to announce Let’s Face It: Drawings by Pete Moran. This series of drawings features Pete’s distinctive technique of employing bold lines and vibrant colors. Each facial expression is carefully drawn with deliberate intention and meticulous attention to detail. His drawings convey a spectrum of emotions, each carrying its own narrative. The exhibition will present a curated selection of both current and past artworks.

Following his debut exhibition new ART six in De Pere, WI, at newARTSpace. This solo exhibition holds immense significance for Pete. As an artist he consistently engages in the creation of artwork on a near-daily basis. His studio practice has resulted in the production of distinctive and unique artwork.
About the artist
Pete Moran is a Green Bay-based artist who has been drawing since taking art classes in school. As one of 11 children, art has been deeply rooted in his family. His father, Bernie, owned and operated Moran’s Quality Print Shop, and his drawings of Green Bay and De Pere are now displayed in prominent historical buildings, homes, and churches throughout the Green Bay area.
Growing up, Pete watched his father sketch at home, which fostered his love for art. His “Houses” series was inspired by his nostalgia for older houses and architecture. He works with pencils, ink, and markers on paper, utilizing various rulers and templates.
In July 2023, while participating in the Creatively Engaged Community with SAGE, Pete gifted them two rolls of illustrations. He requested that his art instructor “take good care of them” and “show them to people.” This moment marked the beginning of Pete’s journey as the inspiration behind hosting a series of solo exhibitions for artists with disabilities, showcasing his own talents.
In association with Aspiro at Sage Gallery, Pete participated in “Hello my name is,” a series of exhibits designed to introduce artists with disabilities to the community.
Pete has expressed a desire to explore “landscapes” drawings rather than buildings and has been drawing faces since the 1990s. His original works for Let’s Face It exhibition are believed to evoke a profound sense of community among viewers. Guests will appreciate Pete’s use of color, which suggests an innate talent inherited from his artistic family.

Artdose projects is a project space based in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, which opened in 2025, as an extension of Artdose magazine to provide the perfect backdrop for experimentation, conversation, and community building—sparked by curiosity, creative risk-taking, and critical discourse. Sheboygan, WI – Artdose Magazine is pleased to announce the opening of Artdose Projects. After a seven-year hiatus from the Frank Juárez Gallery, Juárez returns to organizing exhibitions, driven by programming that amplifies diverse voices from emerging to mid-career artists working in varied media, genres, and processes. Artdose Projects provides the perfect backdrop for experimentation, conversation, and community building—sparked by curiosity, creative risk-taking, and critical discourse.
Parallel Logic is a two-person exhibition from Wisconsin-based collage artists Rachel Hausmann Schall and Sara Willadsen. Both artists work broadly across the medium of collage, combining elements of painting and drawing with layers of paper to examine structures, cycles, and patterns. While each brings a distinct approach to material and form, their works share an interest in how new environments emerge through accumulation and transformation, inviting viewers to consider the complexity of constructed spaces.
Artdose Projects is located at 1310 Wisconsin Avenue, 1st Floor, in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Street parking is available. Open by appointment only.
Rachel Hausmann Schall
Rachel Hausmann Schall (she/her) is a born and raised midwestern artist, writer, and educator living and working in central Wisconsin. She received her BFA from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD) in 2015 and has exhibited nationally at a variety of museums, galleries, and artist-run spaces, including a recent solo exhibition at No Instructions Gallery in Milwaukee, WI. Rachel is co-editor of Artdose Magazine and has contributed writing to publications like Sixty Inches From Center, Dovetail Magazine, and Flat Rate Contemporary. She is co-organizer of the Grilled Cheese Grant, an artist-run project that raises funds for emerging artists in Wisconsin with grilled cheese sandwiches. Rachel Hausmann Schall also works as the Artist Residency & Adult Program Manager at the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Sara Willadsen
Working primarily with paint and various collage elements, Sara Willadsen (she/her) creates abstract works that explore constructed spaces and objects influenced by her surroundings. She earned a BA in Studio Art and Graphic Arts from Lakeland University and an MFA in Painting from Northern Illinois University. Her work has been featured in New American Paintings, and she exhibits regularly in both regional and national shows. Willadsen currently works as a visual artist and graphic designer in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
